I highly recommend going to Brooke for a meal plan. She is amazing at what she does and very knowledgeable.I was 247lbs at 6'3" and my goal was to be 220lbs with under 10% body fat. With Brooke I  got to 220lbs then we set a new goal of 205lbs. Within 4 months we achieved it.Big thanks to Brooke. I give her 5 stars any day of the week!

I was highly referred to Brooke during a strange time in my life. I had been in the gym for over 15 years at that point but had never followed a meal plan or fitness regime, and knew I wanted to compete but had no idea how to start.Brooke welcomed me into her office and got to work right away by thoroughly examining my habits, preferences and overall lifestyle. My favorite thing about the program Brooke provided was that she took into account my complex female cycles, sleep patterns, and stress levels which were very challenging but important factors for me during my effort to accomplish weight loss.Check ins were always very comfortable and I was never provided foods I didn't like on my plan. I was able to achieve significant muscle growth along with weight loss and overall confidence, and took with me valuable knowledge on how my body best responds how I want it to. I have continued to successfully compete in natural bodybuilding shows and fitness will always be a part of my life.

I was at the heaviest I had been around due to a very bad knee injury a couple years before. I played soccer my entire life and had never really been in the gym before that. At first I was intimidated to get involved in trainers and strength training but I messaged Brooke and felt right at home. Within a few months I was in the best shape I had ever been in.
